hwthinking.in offers only online services — mentoring sessions, mock interviews, technical guidance, and online training packages.

We do not sell, ship, or deliver any physical product, hardware, merchandise, or printed material through this Website.
1.3
Accordingly, no shipping charges, shipping addresses, or shipping timelines apply to any booking made on this Website.
2. Service Delivery
2.1
Once your booking is confirmed and payment is successful, you will receive: (a) a booking confirmation by email, and (b) a calendar invitation with the video-conferencing link (Google Meet or similar) for the scheduled session.
2.2
Sessions are delivered at the date and time agreed during booking, in Indian Standard Time (IST), via the agreed video conferencing tool.
2.3
Session materials, notes, or follow-up content (where included in the service description) are shared electronically by email or via a shared link, typically within a reasonable period following the session.
3. No Exchange of Services
3.1
Because the services are personal, time-bound, and delivered online, services already delivered cannot be exchanged for another service, another date, or a different mentor.
As no physical goods are involved, there is no concept of return. Where you are eligible for a refund under the Cancellation and Refund Policy, the refund will be processed in accordance with that policy.
5. Issues with Service Delivery
5.1
If you do not receive the booking confirmation, calendar invitation, or meeting link within a reasonable time of successful payment, please contact us at tlf@tranquillight.org so that we can investigate and resolve the issue.
6. Changes to This Policy
6.1
TLF and hwthinking.in reserve the right to modify, update, or replace this Shipping and Exchange Policy at any time at our sole discretion, without prior notice.
6.2
The revised policy will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
