This Privacy Policy describes how hwthinking.in ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information about visitors and users of the website hwthinking.in and the services offered through it. hwthinking.in is operated by Palash Khandale in association with Tranquil Light Foundation, a Section 8 not-for-profit company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, having its registered office at Plot No. 11, Pallavi GNS, New Somalwada, B/H Narendra Nagar, Vivekanand Nagar S.O, Nagpur (Urban), Maharashtra 440015, India ("TLF"). By using the Website, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

  • Professional details you share voluntarily (e.g. resume, company, role, years of experience, target companies, interview preparation context)
  • Communications you send to us via email, WhatsApp, or during sessions

  • Basic browsing data such as IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, pages visited, and timestamps
  • Cookies and similar technologies (see Section 6)

  • Payment information through Razorpay. We do not store your full card numbers, CVV, or banking credentials on our servers. Razorpay shares only limited transaction information (transaction ID, amount, status, and a masked identifier) with us.
  • Calendar and video-call scheduling metadata via Google Meet or similar tools
