1.1Information you provide directly:- Name, email address, and phone number when you book a session or fill any form
- Professional details you share voluntarily (e.g. resume, company, role, years of experience, target companies, interview preparation context)
- Communications you send to us via email or during sessions
- Any other information you choose to share during a session
1.2Information collected automatically:- Basic browsing data such as IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, pages visited, and timestamps
- Cookies and similar technologies (see Section 6)
1.3Information collected via third-party processors:- Payment information through Razorpay. We do not store your full card numbers, CVV, or banking credentials on our servers. Razorpay shares only limited transaction information (transaction ID, amount, status, and a masked identifier) with us.
- Calendar and video-call scheduling metadata via Google Meet or similar tools
1.4If you pay from outside India: your country and billing address. The law requires both on the tax invoice we issue for such a payment, and they are kept with our financial records (Section 5).
